Please arrive on time for your appointment as a late arrival shortens our available time with your pet. If you arrive ten or more minutes late, we will need to reschedule your appointment so as to not delay the appointments of patients scheduled after yours.
If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, kindly provide us notice no later than the Thursday prior to your appointment as Dr. Nichols spends his weekends performing an extensive review of the medical records for the upcoming week's appointments. Also, your considerate notification allows us to offer your appointment time to a patient on our wait list.
If you do not provide notice of rescheduling/cancellation a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment (by noon Friday for a Monday appointment), the exam fee will be charged to your credit card. This policy is also clearly stated on your New Client form.
Patient Restraint Policy
For your protection, the protection of other patients and clients, and AADC staff, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled by their owner while in the reception area and exam room. We have slip leads available if you do not have a leash with you. All cats must be presented in an appropriate carrier.
For the safety of all patients in our care, all vaccinations must be up to date.
Payment is due in full at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, and checks. AADC does not participate in the "Care Credit" program.
