Appointment Policies

Please arrive on time for your appointment as a late arrival shortens our available time with your pet.

If you are a new client or coming in with a new patient, please fill out your Client Information, New Patient History, and Appointment Policy forms found under the "Forms" link in this website. 

If you must reschedule your appointment, kindly provide us notice on a business day a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.  This allows us to make your appointment time available to another patient.

Unfortunately, if you do not reschedule at least 24 hours in advance on a business day or miss your appointment, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged.  This is clearly stated on your New Client Information and Appointment Policy Forms.

 

Vaccination Policy

For the safety of all patients in our care, all vaccinations must be up to date.

Payment Policy 

Payment is due in full at the time that services are rendered.  For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, cash, and checks.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection and the protection of other patients and clients, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the reception area and exam room.  We have slip leads available if you do not have a leash with you. All cats must be presented in an appropriate carrier.
